March 8 - Plumbing Started

After a few weeks of heating the basement, the ground has thawed enough for the plumbers to start their work!! They were out there on Wednesday & Thursday this week. Once the building inspector gives the work his approval, all the pipes can be covered up and the ground leveled. We will keep the heat on so the ground can continue to thaw and soon the floor can be poured.

The ground has been dug and the drainage pipes laid. The pipes sticking out of the ground at the far end are for the bathroom we will be putting down there.

Thawed enough that there is water...we will get the sump pump going as soon as it thaws out. 

Plumbing in main bathroom.

Plumbing in ensuite. Boxes in the walk in closet (behind) are what is needed to install the wood stove.
