August 27 - Working Bee

All the kids came out tonight to help with a few jobs that needed doing - what a great help!! We BBQ'd hot dogs and then got to work. They all worked pretty hard...here's some of what they accomplished.

When the bobcat guy was here, Marshall had him back fill under the deck (the boards were off the deck then).  Marc is raking the dirt to level & grade it so the water runs away from the house.

Laurie & Joel are tamping the crushed concrete around the edges to fill any voids, prior to packing it down.

Alanna took to the tractor and cut our 2 acres of weeds.
