September 22 - A Few Jobs Done

This weekend we got a few little jobs done.

Here's what was leftover after the drywallers were done. We took one big load to the dump on Saturday and we loaded up the truck with the rest on Sunday. 

Alanna was helping again today...they dug out the weeping tiles under the basement windows & readied the conduit for the well & septic tank electrical for grading.(And thanks to Laurie for the yummy loaf of homemade bread!)

 East side basement window. Weeping tile is dug out from under the dirt & wires for the well are ready for grading. 

Marking the front wall for back fill and grading the property (they also did the west wall).

Karl (contractor) cut the hole & installed the access door to the attic.The tall white pipe is the well head and will be mostly under ground once we get dirt for that side of the house, back fill & grade it (after moving all that lumber!).

P.S. While all of this work was going on I cleaned up inside. The dry wall guys did clean up after themselves but the house needed a better clean so I swept all 1700 sq ft of the house out!! Didn't want you to think that all I do is take pictures. LOL
